About Storybook Anytime

Storybook Anytime is a family owned company on a mission to improve the education and literacy of young children through entertaining and diverse interactive media.

There is an increasing demand for technology-based reading tools at the preschool and early reader levels. This high demand is being met with unprecedented budget cuts to children's educational funding. Existing preschool and grade school literary content has progressed very little in recent years, and these funding problems continue to paint a bleak outlook for the future. Pre-school and grade school classrooms need educational materials that help develop early reading skills and support modern diversity.

Storybook Anytime was created by a mother in search of a solution to these problems. After learning that stories about contemporary families and modern diversity are virtually non-existent for her three-year-old daughter, she, along with her mother, husband, and a dear friend and colleague, created Storybook Anytime.

Storybook Anytime is an online library of originally written and illustrated stories and activities that can be enjoyed in both English and Spanish (with more languages to come). These stories and illustrations are not available anywhere else. They were written and illustrated expressly for Storybook Anytime. Online purchases generate the financial resources to allow distribution of the entire library to pre-schools, grade schools and public libraries- free of charge and with absolutely no advertisements.

Brand new stories and activities are always in production, and the company is currently working toward its goals of not only releasing new content every week but of being present in every pre-school, grade school, and public library in the world.
